Place to buy kegs of beer?

Looking for a keg of beer for my New Year's party. I live in Chelsea so ideally somewhere near that but anywhere in Manhattan really.

Special bonus points if you find somewhere with Peroni by the keg. :-)

Beverage World In Williamsburg has Kegs and they deliver to Manhattan for I think $10 or so I called in the morning and they delivered to my apartment later that day . They rattled off over 50 different kind of kegs that they had in stock cold

New Beer Distributors only sells kegs to bars and American has a pretty lame selection. I don't understand why American doesn't sell kegs of Six Point beers considering they have them in the store to fill growlers.

I know...but $95 seems a little expensive for bud light. But its probably what I'm going to have to go with. Most of their beers I find are $20+ more expensive without delivery charge, which is decent at $30. Anyone know any other places beside that?

first of all, the place on cobble street doesn't deliver, at least they don't when I ask, even before I tell them where I live lol. Second, has anyone succesfully ordered a keg from New Beer Distributors? I called them and they said they only to sell to businessess with a liquor license...

Thrifty American on Court St. in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn has kegs and half kegs of pretty good beer, both from Brooklyn Breweryand Six Points. I'm pretty sure they deliver to Manhattan.

I'd be careful ordering from them. Their stock for sale is very sketchy (and you need to order/reserve well in advance). Also, last time I got a keg there, didn't find out until I got home that the keg was WARM. (They loaded it into my friend's trunk.) Unacceptable.

Any specific info on New Beer Distributors? Major brands and approximate prices? Do they deliver? Thx.

have you googled kegs nyc. i just did and a lot of info popped up. there is a place in bk that sells 1/2kegs. not sure if they deliver. there were a few other spots mentioned as well. what about asking your local bar if they know where you can get a keg?

New Beer Distributors at 167 Chrystie Street (212.473.8757) is the only place in I know of in Manhattan.
