Has anyone had personal experience with any of these spaces and food? Any particular wow items or not to good would be very helpful.

I got married at the Hammond Museum but Food Fantasies was the caterer at the time. The food was fantastic and the setting was incredible. My advise is to taste the food before you decide. My husband got food poisoning at a New Jersey hotel's monthly food tasting.

Glad you had a positive experience with Food Fantasies... I'm not sure why there was a change. I wish all caterers did tastings BEFORE you could decide but unfortunately, that is not the case! Fortunately though, 121 does have a restaurant so that does make us feel a bit better. Just haven't heard very much about them.
What type of food did FF do well? What time of day did you have your wedding? Did you have any out-of-town guests? Where would you recommend staying in the area? Thanks!

I had a sunday afternoon wedding. It was an extended cocktail party. Lots of passed appetizers, then a buffet with leg of lamb, poached salmon and plenty of side dishes and the best wedding cake I ever had. My out of town guests stayed at the Pearl River Hilton (rehearsal dinner was nearby). You can have a normal sit-down dinner but this was less expensive and slightly shorter in time. Nobody left hungry.
