I'm looking for a nice, comfy coffeehouse to take an afternoon date to in Baltimore County. It'd be ideal if it were a bit less populated and a place where a bit of kissing on the couch wouldn't be looked at askance.

It's a big county. How about Java Mamma's on Main St in Reisterstown?

I thought I should narrow the focus when I posted. Reisterstown is actually ideal though - maybe I'll do a little reconnaissance today to see if Java Mamma's is a fit. It sounds good from what I've read here. Thanks!
