I am a personal chef in St. Louis, working in private homes since 1979. You may contact me at 636 236 6661. I will be happy to work with you.

What part of St. Louis? Lots of restaurants will cater for funerals, even if they don't advertise that fact. I know of at least 3 restaurants within 5 minutes of me that will deliver to a home after a funeral despite not offering takeout or delivery meals typically.

Another option is Dierberg's or Straub's grocery. www.dierbergs.com www.straubs.com Their delis offer very good hot/cold items, especially at this time of the year.

The other question is what did you have in mind for price....number of people....types of food (cold sandwiches and sides? hot entrees and hot sides? Do you need someone to stay and serve/ clean up? etc. Or do you just want food sent over?)

My family would be fine with cold sandwiches, for example. Others would require a full meal.

Another option is Kenricks Meat Market www.kenricks.com or the Pasta House. Both of them do catering, either drop off or with service.

I recently attended a luncheon catered by Clancy's. It's an Irish pub and butcher shop.
