      <content>The golan cheese in a bottle is pretty awful.  Then again...I don't remember Velveeta being that good. Golan doesn't have much cheese flavor...and its definitely not as orange and creamy as I remember Velveeta was.</content>

      <content>In the past a have used a comnibation of  american and cheddar cheese to get the tast - if it is going into a sauce I melt them together before putting the suace together -</content>
