Carniceria Lopez, Sacramento

I've come back to Sacramento for the holiday and to my disappointment my favorite taqueria, Los Hermanos Lopez on Sunrise and Madison, has closed. I've seen several mentions of Carniceria Familia Lopez here, and my question is, are these run by the same people?

Is that the one on Sunrise or the one by Trader Joes?

Across Sunrise. Avoid, avoid, avoid the one by Trader Joes.

Can't speak as to whether it's the same Lopezes, the carniceria is opening up new locations pretty regularly. Is the one on Sunrise in the old Los Hermanos location?

If you want a taqueria instead of a taco counter at a grocery store, there's La Fiesta on Greenback at Sunrise. It's run by the same people as Taqueria La Favorita on Franklin Blvd. and is very tasty.

        La Fiesta Taqueria
7951 Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA 95610

        Carniceria Familia Lopez
5350 Sunrise Blvd, Fair Oaks, CA

Turns out that Carniceria Lopez is the same, had delicious food at their Franklin location. Best Mexican in Sacramento.
