I am theming a menu "Hot as Ice" and am looking for a drink to apply to this. I need something served ice cold but that has a kick to it... any ideas?
Pour pepper vodka, dry vermouth, and cracked ice into a tall pitcher. Stir well, strain, and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive stuffed with a pickled jalapeno pepper and serve.
This is on the Beer Board, so I'd recommend Rogue Chipotle Ale or the Cave Creek Chili Beer.
The Rogue Chipotle is surprisingly good... its their only beer that has impressed me enough to make my shopping list.
