Relaxing, non-crowded / rushed dinner on UWS

Looking for a relaxing, non-crowded / non-rushed dinner on UWS (Wednesday night).

Cuisine: doesn't matter at all
Price: Let's say less than $30 entrees
Area: anywhere between west 60s and west 110s.

Any suggestions?

Perhaps, Telepan? We've only been there pre-Lincoln Center concert when it was quite busy. Still, I was surprised and very pleased that the overall ambiance was quiet and relaxed, and service was not rushed in any way. Tables are well-spaced, and there's an understated elegance about the decor. Bill Telepan's contemporary American cuisine is excellent. There are some mains on the a la carte menu that are <$30. However, I think the 4-course prix-fixe @$64 is a good way to go.

Gotta agree with RGR on this one. I think Telepan would be an excellent choice.
