Leaf or Sheet Gelatin
Apologies in advance if this is common knowledge, but where would one go to buy gelatin sheets? I'm just assuming Safeway doesn't sell them. I live in Redwood City and work in SF, so anywhere in or between those areas would be okay. I need them ASAP, so online shopping isn't an option. Thanks!
Draeger's in San Mateo or Menlo Park may carry them.

sur la table or any specialty kitchen store also a good bet.

Neither Draeger's or Sur la Table carry them. Just to save you some time, Whole Foods, Cost Plus World Market, Cake Works, Williams Sonoma, and Domus do not carry them either.
I've been on the hunt as well :)

Spun Sugar does (or did) have the gelatin sheets. Otherwise we couldn't find them anywhere and before we went to Spun Sugar we ordered some online (like 100 sheets). They weren't too expensive online if you can wait a week to get them.
