Cooking schools in Kerala
Starting to research for an upcoming trip and found this old thread, with an especially helpful post by Miele Maiale:

Has anyone had any more recent experiences? What would you consider the absolute minimum amount of time one should spend at a homestay? I realize that I'd be delusional to think I could get more than a superficial understanding of any cuisine in a short period of time, but I have just under three weeks, and will be starting the trip in Chennai (still trying to decide whether to fit in Goa and Mumbai).
