Croque en Bouche?

Is there anywhere in Montreal where you can have a croque en bouche made for you? How big can they make it? How much would one cost?

I had a wonderfull croque-en-bouche made for my wedding a year and a half ago , at De fromment-et-seve on beaubien street.

I had it made for 75 person and ( if my memory serves me right) around 550$. We asked for a chocolate cream instead of the crême patissière and had fresh raspberry in all the little spaces betwwen the choux. I will try to post a picture. The center of the croque en bouche a filled with other choux.

here again I must give my thumbs up to Gascogne on Sherbrooke in Westmount. I had one made for 100 people a couple of years ago. Choice of pastry cream, fresh "pate a choux" well executed. It won raves at my party. Make sure you have a lot of fridge space. Order in advance

And what did they charge you?

I don't remember what they charged but it was not exhorbitant. As a general rule I find their products to be fresh and good quality. Service at counter is very poor. Prices are fair.
