  1. Twin Palms? if your family are all just underage or just a little over. What kind of an event are you looking for? Does food matter?

    1. JUst someplace with great food and atmosphere. We live in Burbank. Ages from 32-45 no kids

If your group are all adults and you'd like a little nostalgia, we've had great evenings at Moonlight Tango Cafe on Ventura Blvd. in Encino, or thereabouts. The food is ok - nothing to write home about, but not bad either. The atmosphere might remind you of a 1930 cruise ship! Very campy. Crooners in white dinner jackets, kind of Coconut Grove type stuff. Tiny dance floor, and torchy type songs mixed with Big Band and Frank Sinatra. Check it out!

There's another place in Studio City on Ventura Blvd. called something like Tango Argentina that I haven't been to but I've heard is a very hot Latin dance place and I think they also serve food. If not, there are tons of places to choose from nearby.
