Vienna Beef hot dogs are all-beef. The skinless ones are made with a synthetic casing which is removed before packaging The natural casing ones are made with sheep casings. Pork casings are only used on the larger sausages (1/5 pound per sausage or more)

Yep. That's why Vienna calls them Vienna Beef dogs. Not Kosher, but Kosher-style.

By definition, a Chicago Hot dog IS an all beef hot dog, be it Vienna, Chicago Red Hot or David Bergs. We dont eat that pork/chicken parts crap like they do out west.

If it's Kosher your after, then look for Best Kosher which are also available at many hot stands and grocers across the city.

Best's suck big time. You'd be better off looking for a kosher section in a supermarket.

You can't have both a natural casing dog and an all beef dog. If you want all beef, just find a place that serves skinless vienna beef dogs, although I don't understand why you'd want that. Red Hot Chicago also makes skinless dogs, and I actually prefer them to vienna, so you might find a stand serving skinless RHC.
