chinese food christmas day?

I just read through the forgotten restaurants of chinatown thread and am trying to find a place to go with family (probably 6 people) christmas day for chinese food before we go to the movies.

We've been to Grand Sichuan in chelsea the last two years and want something different, great for groups, and hopefully not too heavy on the pork side because unfortunately they dont endulge so much. Any rec's?

Well since you read the Chinatown thread you know what the options are. My only additional comment is that Chinatown will be extremely busy on Christmas Day. There was one specific comment addressing the same question as yours last month. See link below.
