this weekend I was in Bissinger's and they were sampling their pumpkin bark -- very yummy, and very expensive! Does anyone have a recipe for pumpkin bark? I've seen all kinds of recipes for chocolate bark, but I'm not sure how I'd get the pumpkin part of the bark to solidify....?

Could you describe it?

Did it actually have pumpkin in it? I can imagine flavoring a white chocolate bark with spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, and call it pumpkin (spice) bark.

It actually has swirls of pumpkin mixed in with the dark chocolate. But the pumpkin has to be mixed with something that would solidify -- I bet you are right. It's probably white chocolate.
