English Christmas Cake in New York

My buddy's mother-in-law is in town from England and would like nothing more for her birthday (tonight) than a traditional English Christmas Cake...you know the type -- a heavy brick of a rum and fruitcake thing covered in marzipan and then coated in some sort of hard candy-ish shell so that it will stay good past the apocalpyse.

Does anyone know where I can find one of these (or even a slice of some variant will do) in New York City?

Thanks.

There were a few cakes left at Carry on Tea and Sympathy when I went yesterday. The smalls are $45 while the the larges are $75. Puddings were still plentiful, as were pies.
