Looking for a good pre-theater dinner spot close by the LaSalle Theater on Monroe between State & Dearborn in Chicago. Parents can't walk too far, so within three blocks is best.

Two closest spots are the Atwood Cafe in the Burnham Hotel, at State & Washington (2 blocks north of theater), and Trattoria No. 10 at 10 N. Dearborn, 1 block west & 1-1/2 blocks north of the theater. Atwood serves American, comfort type food; Trattoria No. 10 is northern Italian. Food at both is good.
