I am going to attempt to make Turkish Delight and need rose water. Any thoughts on where I can locate some? I live in the east end but am willing to venture out of the neighbourhood to find it!

I don't know exactly where you are, but "No Frills" on Carlaw has it also.
Try one of the Indian grocers on Gerrard St, they will have it.
Many Rabbas around the downtown core have it.
Kabul Market on Parliament between Queen and Dundas.
I forget the name, but the small Bengali shop on Parliament (east side) a couple of doors north of Gerrard.
Cedar brand rose and orange water is widely available through Loblaws.
I know of two places in the St. Lawrence Market that carry it. Both are on the lower floor, at the very north end, behind Rube's Rice. You'll even have a few brands to choose from.
Gary's referencing Domino's in St Lawrence. they have rose extract and syrup. The Spice Trader on Queen has rose syrup from France as well as other floral syrups.
A good health food store will have rose water and orange water.
Nasr, 1996 Lawrence Av.E.at Warden, and Arz, also on Lawrence Av. East (1909) should carry it.
I bought some recently at Shirini Sara at 1875 Leslie, just north of York Mills.
If you are near the Danforth I'm pretty sure some of the greek bakeries would carry it.There is one right near SunValley and Korry's but the name escapes me.
