  1. Try asking at Gazala Place.

Israeli/Druse, not Persian, but the chef does make pastries.

    1. did you end up finding a place? i'm looking for the same thing for my brother's wedding in march

      1. The tastiest baklava I've ever had outside the Middle East/Turkey is available in Brooklyn at a Turkish bakery/cafe.

        Gulluoglu

It's way out in Midwood, Brooklyn, but very well worth the trip. They can accommodate large quantity orders.

Also in Brooklyn, not far from Gulluoglu, is Mansouras, on Kings Highway betw E 2nd & E 3rd. Closed Saturdays, open Sundays. They make a range of Mid East pastries, quite good.
