I heard through an underground foodie blog that there's a guy in Red Oak who makes them, but I'm not sure how to reach him... One is a chocolate and one is a raspberry. The chocolate is filled with a chocolate buttercream and is very good. The raspberry I haven't had, but it's filled with a mix of some filling and whole raspberries. They have a shop in Plano too. http://www.themainbakery.com I also talked to the owner of Rush Pattiserie and she said she makes them sometimes, and in a variety of flavors. I've never had any of hers though, but my understanding is that they are the smaller size.
