Creme de la Creme Cafe (Etobicoke) - Any Recent Reviews?

Planning to go for brunch on Sunday with a few friends...anyone been there recently? I can't find an online menu so if anyone knows price ranges, that would be great.

  1. Breakfast items are in the $7- $8 range. I've have enjoyed their waffles. The pancakes are more like huge crepes- thin and crispy around the edges. The only problem that I have with the place is that when it's a full house, it is noisy. They really could use some baffles on the walls. I hope you choose to go when it is not terribly crowded.

      1. I went in April, so not too recently, but I got the waffles and my companion got a breakfast special type meal (eggs, toast, i believe bacon?) and he ordered a plate of hashbrowns as a side (they came in a huge heaping mountain on a regular sized dinner plate!)...the waffles were good, ice cream and fruit on top, and the breakfast was decent- the hashbrowns were the shredded, overly greasy type of potatoes, but really yummy. Cute decor and atmosphere, kinda reminds me of a mom and pop place you'd visit.

        1. This is one place I really miss when we moved from TO. The food is not specatular, but what they do, they do well. I like their crepe version of pancakes, and love the potatos.

The place is small and always packed on weekends (a good sign). Service is okay and prices are fair. But the most important, I find that every experience has been consistent.

This is one place I try to visit whenever I come back to TO.
