sorry you won't be going tonite, but when you do, consider any of the pastas with the arrabbiata sauce. Arugula and mushroom salad is a great opener.

gnocchi with brown butter and sage is amazing. as is the pappardelle. it's good in general -- great texture -- but the last time i was there i had it with a sauce that i believe was called fumo, which was a pink sauce with smoked scamorza (similar to mozzarella) cheese, and it was pretty fantastic.

I'm a big fan of the prosciuttio and burata, as well as the tagliatelle made with squid ink. I've not ordered anything with cream sauce, but any of the homemade pastas will be fine, in my opinion.

I had one pasta with seafood and a cream sauce and the homemade pasta that was wonderful. However, I was a little disappointed with the carbonara -- in that case, I think dried pasta actually lends itself better to the dish.

i think the gnocchi boscaiola is the best dish there. it's hard to order anything else.

i really think they do cream sauces best. and cream sauces are usually something i don't order.

And I've been hearing the gnocchi is excellent, so it's definitely on the list of things to try

It's hard for me to order something other than the gnocchi with vodka sauce. It is so good!

oddly enough, we've had a change in plans. But the gnocchi will definitely be first pick when we do go.
