Lunch in the Financial District?

Have a friend coming in for lunch tomorrow, trying to think of a place in Financial District to have a good lunch under $25pp. We'd prefer a place with waiter service.

TIA as always.

Houstons is always a good safety and they have excellent service, but fill up fast at lunch time.

Sel de la Terre and Good Life have nice lunches for reasonable $. I wasn't a fan of Kingston Station. I haven't been (I'm going next week) but Ivy seems to have a nice lunch menu. If you want to go ethnic, Chinatown is just around the corner for a great lunch.

Thanks so much - lunch was just cancelled due to the storm, but I'm going to keep these for next time.

Agree with you on Kingston Station, just had a terrible hamburger there. It was so dry, although ordered rare (it was not, but did not have time to send it back), that I had to add ketchup to moisten it up. My impression was that it had been pre cooked. Fries were good and DC had a chicken salad that was excellent.
