Hello, I am interested in joining the world of mushroom hunting. Ive been reading books about identifying mushrooms, but i wouldnt trust my skills enough to eat anything i could find. If any experienced mushroom hunters in vermont would like to gain an apprentice in the spring/summer/fall of '08. I would even be willing to pay you for hunting lessons. I'm a lifelong mushroom forager (and vegetable farmer) here in Barre, Vt. I sell mushrooms at the Montpelier Farmers Market on Saturday, and occasionally conduct mushroom walks.
