'98 Mouton Rothschild, Pauillac - rest to match?

A special wine to share with a dear friend tomorrow night. We're combing birthday celebrations and the bottle has been waiting for some time.

Any suggestions? I was thinking somewhere known for their wine list. When in each other's company, dinner lasts normally 3-4 hours. European or American traditional/new. Service that is not smothering is important. Looking to avoid Daniel, Jean Georges, mega-chef / star status places, etc. Something smaller, less known, hidden gem, etc.

Veritas, EMP. Make sure they allow corkage(EMP does) and also that your bottle is not on their wine list!!! That would be very wrong!
