Organic turkey

As a newcomer to this city, I'm wondering where I can get an organic turkey for Christmas? Good butchers are difficult to find in this place! I know it's a bit last minute, so any help would really be appreciated.

Check out the purveyors of the Wintermarket this Sunday. http://www.newamsterdampublic.org/ind...

Do "Murray's Chicken" Turkeys qualify as organic? (www.murrayschicken.com
)In the past they have been available at Fairway Supermarkets. The turkey's are raised "free roaming" in Pennsylvania on an all vegie diet and they use no antibiotics, no hormones, no preservatives and no artificial ingredients. You can also buy from them direct and they also offer a brined turkey. I've bought the brined bird in the past and it turned out very well.
