Looking for place to enjoy wine Baltimore County

My wife, a few co-workers and I would like to find a nice place to enjoy a few glasses of wine for happy hour. Only problem is that we would like to avoid downtown for a change and find something closer to our friends house in White Marsh/ Perry Hall. We usually go to Chesapeake Wine Co. Are there any decent places to enjoy a few glasses of wine in the (northern) Baltimore County area?
Happy Hour specials not necessary.

Its not exactly Baltimore County, but it's not downtown either - I would try Grand Cru in Belvedere Square. Excellent wine bar.

Grand Cru or, if it's too crowded, Taste across the street. I think they have a happy hour deal, but better check...

To me, (northern) Baltimore County is the Hereford zone. Belvedere Square is northern Baltimore city. There's not much in the way of "wine bars" in east/northeast Baltimore County. Isn't there a branch of Liberatore's in Perry Hall?

Michael's in Timonium wouldn't be bad. Or how about going straight to the source?:

Or how about the Manor Tavern in Monkton, Milton Inn in Sparks, Williamsburg Inn in White Marsh?
