Does Healthy food exist after 10 pm in the Valley???

I was coming home on the late side the other night and I realized I don't have too many healthy options for late hours dining in the valley. I'm trying to eat (slightly) healthier and hitting up a taco truck is becoming a less appetizing option as of late. I'm located in Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys (but would be willing to take a bit of a drive on occasion). Also, it's certainly good to know what's around wherever I might be in the valley at whatever ungodly hour. So, please feel free to drop recs for wherever in the valley.

Thank you,

Kyushu Ramen is open until midnight or 1:00 a.m. They have ramen, salads, and sushi. You can get healthy off of their menu.

BCD Tofu is open until midnight also. Tofu soup is healthy.

Do you consider Krua Thai healthy? If so, they are open late. In fact, I think the food is better when you go on the later side. Their noodles are unbelievable...

You can eat fairly late (for the Valley, that is) at Stanley's on most nights. They have many healthy options on the menu (lots of salads, for instance), and you can make others healthier. I often get the grilled salmon and get all veggies instead of potato and slaw. Their veggies are usually simply steamed butternut squash and broccoli, very good, not overcooked. Actually, I don't think their slaw is all that fattening, as it is very lightly dressed and it's not a creamy dressing. They make a good turkey burger and you can get it without the bun. Etc. Your best bet might be to eat at the bar. Ventura Blvd. a couple blocks west of Woodman, definitely call to check hours because maybe they're not open as late as you want.

It's also possible to eat relatively healthily at Oyster House Saloon but you really have to pick and choose. Get grilled salmon or another fish, and ask for all veggies instead of the usual starch + veggies. Their veggies are usually overcooked but at least they're steamed - a mix of broccoli, carrots, zucchini and cauliflower. Moorpark just east of Whitsett. Watch your portion sizes there.
