Best Happy Hour Food/Deals in the Valley

What is your favorite place for happy hour? I am trying to find some places with great happy hour food that is also a great deal. Drink specials a bonus too. Any suggestions?

For food, you can't beat McCormick's 1.95/dish happy hour food menu... but be warned: drinks are not on special and are extremely pricey (I had a Pellegrino that cost $6!); so get a cheap drink or soda and eat lots of food

Furio in Old Town...love the Bistec del Furio and their create-your-own pizza ($4). $4 well and house wine.
