Boneless Rib Steaks

I bought a couple of these at T & T on Cherry Street yesterday. They are round, fairly thick & marbled, but they aren't marked ribeyes.

Could someone give me a recipe for these without using the oven. We like our steaks medium-rare to medium, so timing is important for pan frying.
