Nelson's Grill on Northern??
Stuck in traffic on Northern Blvd. in Little Neck, i saw a small restaurant called Nelson's Grill. It flaunted a sign that read: Chef from Le Cote Basque is Here.
Has anyone tried it? Is it any good???

My husband eats lunch there alot, and claims they make the BEST GRILLED CAJUN CHICKEN SANDWICH he has ever eaten---I've never had it---but he says I would love it because it is incredibly juicy, with flavor locked in, never dried out, and their roast chicken is excellent, too. He's never had anything else there besides the grilled chicken sandwich's and roast chicken----but they are definite winners.

it's a regular place in my family since my great aunt lives nearby. The food is always good and fresh and reasonably priced. Good portions too. It's owned and run by an asian family and yes the chef/owner did work at le cote basque years ago. He has a nice touch with sauces like a poivre etc. Good grilled chicken, nice fresh veggies, garlic mashed potato. The food is not adventurous but solid and rarely if ever dissappointing.
