Late-Night Rest. or Snacks on the A Line
My sister and her boyfriend are arriving at Penn Station at 10:40. Where can I take them in Manhattan for a late-night bite? They'll have luggage with them so preferably nothing too formal. Bonus points if we can get there on the "A" train.

Well, if they luggage, i'd recommend a cab instead of the A train. Depends also if you have a preference on part of town or cuisine or budget.
i like Balthazar late at night. A carafe of wine and trout/spinach salad and a hamburger or some oysters and a yummy dessert might be a nice kickoff to their visit.
