Good morning,

My girlfriend loves Delirium Noel and I want to make her some beer for the Christmas dinners. she also likes Scotch Ales but i want to stick more towards the blonde-ish Belgian Strong Ales. i think it should have cinnamon, nutmeg, and some anise in it, should be high alcohol content, maybe a touch hoppy but decidedly in Belgian tradition. Anyone have any suggestions?

Also, it should be a beer that is nice to share at the table AND must assist with cooking endeavors (matched or mixed).

thanks!
