BEST Mexican Food In Middleton/Caldwell/Nampa???? HELP!!!

So I just moved from Beautifl San Diego and I am having a real difficukt time locating Mexican food that is the same calibur as Robertos etc. any other San Diegans out there? I did find Los Beto's, but its a real hit or miss.

I tried Rita's once in Nampa and liked it the best of every place I've tried so far. It's in an old gas station so there's no place to eat there if it's cold outside.
