Acetate Sheets

Does anyone know where I can find acetate sheets in the Boston area? I've tried all the cake/candy decorating shops I can think of, but no one seems to carry them (or even knows what they are). Thanks!

Most Art supply stores, look at www.bakedeco.com (1000 pcs. 2x9 $15.00) also JB Prince (100 pcs. 16x24 $48.00)

Don't know of a source locally, but you can order from http://www.sweetc.com/catalog.htm. Unfortunately their catalog isn't online; you need to request a hard copy. I've found them in some other online sources (didn't save links, but google will find them) that might be faster than requesting their catalog.

Huh, I wonder if the Johnson and Wales bookstore...no, probably not, esp. since they aren't too pastry-oriented. But you could call them and ask.

Most Art suppliers will have it...
Try Pearl in central sq. or Blick near Fenway

I know Johnson Paint on Newbury st. used to always have it too, I dont know if they still do art supplies or not

depending upon how large you need them- I have used transparnecies you get at Staples for my acetate sheets. I never needed them larger than paper sized... hope this helps
