B-day dinner in Westchester

Can anyone recommend a great place for dinner for 8 in lower Westchester? I wanted to go to Jackie's Bistro in Eastchester, but they're closed on Sundays. I want great food in a nice, calm, tasteful environment. Would rather not do Italian. Was considering An American Bistro in Tuckahoe, but it's kinda ugly and noisy. Can't think of anywhere else...haven't been home in a while (I'm in Boulder, CO now). Thanks for any suggestions.

If it's not too late, I would recommend Thomas Stone in Tuckahoe (you seem to be from the area). They recently opened up, so the volume is still a little low. Food was very good, decently priced, and they don't have a liquor license yet, so bring your wine and no corking fee!!
