Electric slicer for speck or prosciutto
Does anyone have any recommendations for an electric slicer for prosciutto or speck? I want to be sure to find a machine that can handle very firm meats but I don't want to spend a whole bunch of money. Under 300 would be good, under 200 would be better. Is that possible?
I would like to be able to slice even, thin pieces that look good. And this is just for at home use.
