Private rooms for a Birthday Party?

  • 4

I'm looking for a private party room for a birthday party coming up. For about 20-30 people and catering is not necessary...but if its provided, that would be great. Somewhere in Toronto and that would tolerate noise, as some people get a little loud during parties. Any suggestions?

Thanks

  1. Laide @ Adelaide & Jarvis is always great for parties, While they do not have a private room you can get a full side which is pretty private and they dont mind the noise...

I agree with the Laide suggestion. I was at a party there this spring and had a great time. If you'd like a private room Beerbistro has a back room which is probably the perfect size for your group. The good: fully private room with a dedicated server (even with private washroom), the bad: it's not connected to the main restaurant, so you loose the high-ceilinged Beerbistro vibe.

    2. My suggestion is always Quince on Yonge - easy access by TTC, the room is downstairs so you get the whole classy lounge area to yourself, plus your own bar I think, and the food is stellar. a really nice laid back but still classy vibe, anyone from 25 up would feel comfortable.

I'm also interested in the upstairs space at Simple, formerly Lolo, on Mt. Pleasant. Anyone been?
