Are there any delis in the East Bay that sell dutch sausages?
What is dutch sausage? Does it refer to a specific ingredient, place of origin, etc?
There are a few kinds of sausage. I'm happy for any but especially hoping to find rookwurst which is a lightly spiced smoked sausage usually made from pork, beef and sometimes venison.
Yes - If anyone knows where to buy rookwurst in the U.S.- let alone the S.F. Bay Area -please let it be known. I am dying for a few kilos of it. Does anyone know where to get whole smoked eels as well ?
