Salty Cookie Recipes

My husband loved the World Peace cookies I made this weekend. I was not as crazy about them because of the sandy texture. I prefer a more chewier cookie. I made a second batch with an egg and got the texture I prefer. Anyhow, I now have a jar of Fleur de Sel and am looking for other cookie recipes to use it in. I am open to all suggestions : )

Last Christmas, I made flourless peanut butter cookies topped with bittersweet chocolate chips and Fleur de Sel after a CH post & blog about the concept. These fell into the like, don't love category for me, and they are crumbly in texture.
