Third dinner in Vancouver? Suggestions please....

Thank you in advance for your help.

We're going to be in Vancouver for three days. We know that we will go to Boneta for a birthday dinner, have sushi at Musashi, lunch at Rangoli and Go Fish. We need a suggestion for a dinner, mid-priced and interesting. We are not drinkers, and don't like really loud atmospheres (but some noise is fine). We're staying downtown.

And as a bonus, does anyone have a suggestion of a place with great Eggs Benedict downtown/near downtown?

Thanks,

Hannah

Not sure what you consider "mid-priced", but I have heard nothing but good things about Parkside on Haro Street. They have a 3 course prix fixe for $55, but also you can do a la carte if you are just having a main and sharing a starter or dessert.

Also there is Bin 941 and Chambar (both a bit noisier), Brix, and Elixir. In Gastown, try Salt Tasting Room or Chill Winston

I love the chorizo benny and want to try the crabcake benny at Joe's Grill on West 4th in Kitsilano. Never been downtown for breakfast!

Chill Winston has Eggs Benedict (i think they have a couple different versions of it too...i vaguely remember that they also combined two versions of it for us)...fun place

i also agree w/ newJJD that Chambar is a good place (though def a bit noisey and something of a lounge vibe)

Please report back on Boneta...it was far and away my favorite restaurant that i tried on my September trip to Vancouver...simply awesome meal...

Chill Winston only has Brunch on SUnday's, not sure if that makes a difference.
Raincity Grill has awesome Benny's (think dungeness crab....yum!)
Love Raincity for dinner too. I'ts on English Bay.
Delilah's only has Prix fixe meals - SMall or large - pick your app then entree, the large adds dessert.

Iff you want good japanese Guu is good, it's an izakaya type place

Vij's, Vij's, VIj's. Best restaurant in Vancouver, IMO. fabulous Indian with a personal flair. the bar can get a bit loud, but the dining room not so much.

          Hi,

Thanks for the suggestions. We've been to Vij several times, and love it. I also really like Parkside. But we want to try something new. Chambar is intriguing....

All good choices. I am partial to Parkside and my out of town guests have always gone bananas for it.

Aurora Bistro is also nice too for something different.
