Connecticut Muffin on Montague in Bklyn Heights
I used to get coffee here every once in a while, and recently started going every morning to pick up a cup on my way to work. I still like the coffee but am astonished by how rude the employees are. They act like it's the biggest imposition in the entire world when I ask for a flat lid and a bag so I can take my coffee on the subway, and one of the guys actually walked away from me and proceeded to drink his vitamin water while I waited at the counter. Has anyone else experienced this? And any suggestions for strong coffee to-go in the neighborhood besides Starbucks? I like Tazza but I live on the other side of Montague. Thanks!

I've always found the service there just fine. In fact, I've come to consider the morning guys as friends. I think a lot of other people in the nabe would agree. They may have their grumpy days but so do I. Just my 2 cents.
