What bakery - ideally in Flatbush, and if not, Boro Park - makes the best Sufganiyot? Or am I best off with kosher Dunkin' Donuts, and if so what varieties would be most like the traditional Sufganiyot?
Also is it possible to buy them on Thursday, and freeze them for a Chanuka party on Sunday? I'm pretty sure that they're only good fresh, but I'm hoping that I'm wrong about this.

Every year, I make my way over to Chiffon's on CIA to purchase the best sufganiyot. I remember that they make a few different kinds. My favorite is the jelly because it is loaded with jelly-watch out!! I am sure you can ask them when you go in the best way to freeze them, if it's possible.
