i was thinking of your post when i just got way off track over in the modo mio thread... but i thought i'd throw it out here, too, if you like white peppermint bark i highly recommend you try the coffee house on girard near front st by the el... they have a coffee drink called the holly jolly mocha, in which i substituted dark chocolate for white chocolate, and ended up with a drink that completely reminds me of a liquid white peppermint bark! man that stuff is addictive.

I actually really like the one Trader Joe's sells. It's white peppermint bark on top, with chocolate on the bottom. Thank you.
