Healthy Eating In Astoria

I need help. I want to take my wife out for her Birthday. I am looking for good food that is inexpensive. Also it has to be healthy, ie low fat, not fried, etc.
She doesn't eat seafood, Thai, or South American. Any help on some suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey Java Jay, well being that you're in Astoria, there's plenty of greek options where most of the food is charcoal grilled lean meats, and lowfat (if you stay away from the Tzatzki sauce). I'd say check out Ovelia - http://newyork.citysearch.com/profile..., which is a nice place for a b-day.
