Myth Pork Chop [Moved from S.F. board]

Does anyone have the recipe for Myth's brined and grilled pork rib chop???

    When I was eating there about a year ago, they had a photographer in the restaurant taking pictures for a Myth cookbook. So I would think there may be a cookbook available with recipes.
