Buenos Aires for new years PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello all,
Me and my girlfriend are going to Buenos Aires and would like to find a trendy venue to ring in the new year. Do You have any sugestions.

I was told by an argentine that FAENA HOTEL is the best these days but its $400USD per person and I cant justufy spending that in South America.

Theres always Surce but where do we go after???

We will be staying in Palermo Soho

    For the most part, other than hotel restaurants or really touristy spots, it's likely nothing will be open NYE until after midnight. Just the way it is here. Same on Christmas and usually Christmas Eve - all closed up. Most folks here do things with friends at home rather than out at clubs, bars, or restaurants for both holidays.

      We're in the same boat. BTW, Sucre is closed for NYE. If you do find anything, let me know.

      The Four Seasons is having something that is a bit cheaper, but I'm not sure I want to go there.
