New Year's Dinner in Center City Philly

I am a native Philadelphian but have lived elsewhere for a few years. I'm coming home for New Year's with two other couples (also philadelphians) and we're looking for a good place to have New Year's dinner in center city. We're in our mid-twenties so nothing too stuffy. A BYO would work but not necessary. Thanks for your help!

New Years day or New Years Eve? If the Eve, I would suggest somewhere in Old City - Fork? Amada? I know Fork usually does something special for the Eve - good food and then walk to Front Street for New Years Eve Fireworks at Penn's Landing

Wherever you go make reservations as soon as possible!

My family and I went to Fogo de Chao at 1337 Chestnut St. last year for NYE and had a blast! You MUST enjoy your meat (no veg-heads here) . . . all-you-can-eat servings of different cuts of meats and side dishes. We all left there with super full bellies . . . . wish we had room for more!

My girlfriend, my sister, and her boyfriend ( all in our mid-twenties ) went to Ansill and had a great meal. They had a four-course menu with wine pairings that was not that expensive. We got our reservation three days before.

We also did Fogo last year and loved it. In the past, we've done Susanna Foo. It was a splurge, but oh so worth it. They gave out party hats and horns at midnight and had dancing upstairs.
