I don't know if he still owns Sip Sak, but Yeghen opened is Sea Salt, on 2nd Av., near 6th St., earlier this year.

Eater reports that Sea Salt has closed.
I don't know who's cooking there now, but the food is fabulous, service perfect and prices can't be beat.
