Joe Jr's - Burger?

I remember a long time ago hearing this was a real good diner burger. Sadly the only time I've been was inside to use the bathroom. Is it as good as it smells from the outside? All the great greasy spoons died downtown. Anyway any opinions?

I'm going to have to go out on a limb here and say I adore their bacon cheeseburger. The bacon is extra crispy and the burger just drips grease when you bite into it... Plus, I'm a huge fan of their fries. If you're looking for an above average greasy spoon burger, I'd say theirs is it.

We all have a lot of affection for the place from our (late) youth, but nobody ever accused the place of having particularly good food.

not sure if ure talking about the one on 6th ave...the burger is good, but not great by any means. That said i really like it as a diner, very solid standard breakfast food
